i found out some sad news today... i just learned that steve irwin "crocodile hunter" was killed this week... he was killed by a stingray.  of all things i did not know a stingray could kill someone, but i guess they can... i just never really thought i would see the day!!!!!

ok i know i don't update all that often but i think this is worthy... but first go back in time with me for a moment...

there you are sitting inside your childhood house and all of a sudden over the tv or vaccum cleaner you here this all familar song coming from down the street... you know within a split second what the song is and you jump up and run to the closest parent and begin to bargin away six months worth of allowance just so they will give you 50 cents... when they finally give in it is too late so you have to hope that some other parent down the block gave in a little quicker or that some other kid heard the song sooner.... so after you have ran what seemed like 25 miles to catch the song you must now pick from 10000's of different choices... and finally after all the commotion you have your ice cream and start the long walk from the ice cream truck/van back to your house....

now wasn't that a wonderful time!??!??!

ok back to the reason that i am updating.... i was sittin in the spare room of my apt. this afternoon with the window open when i hear the song... at first i really didn't reconize what the song was because it has been about 15 years since i have heard but after getting up and going to the window i saw the TRUCK/van and ran to the living room where noelle was to see if she would go out with me and get some wonerfully cold treat and she told me "NO the ice cream truck is for the kids not us!!!!!"   all i have to say about that is poooo on it not being for us... next time i hear the song i am going to quietly and very very quickly put on my shoes and grab a dollar and sprint past noelle with out telling her where i am going or what i am doing!!!! i can just see it now... me eating my cold little treat and noelle running up after the truck/van has already left like the slow fat kids when you were young they never got there in time unless there was a REALLY long line!!!

not that i am calling noelle fat or anything... and i apologize to any fat kids out there that read this and are offended!!!!

So i thought now would be a good time to update since i am just sitting here waiting to go to class....

Spring Break was great... thursday night when me and noelle went to get some food my car over heated (not a good thing because on friday we were going to be taking it to FL)  oh well it is a good thing it broke before we got on the road... so here me and noelle were sittin in our apt just thinking what we were going to do??? so we decided to take Bessie (her car) and to our surprise Bessie made it without any problems noelle says she is a GOOD car!!!  

anyways FL. was great i got to meet lots and lots of noelle's family and spend LOTS And LOTS of time with them (nah just kidding they weren't that bad)... i got to see the ocean for the first time (well that i can really remember) and i even went into the water even though it was like -20 degrees!!! i even made it out of the water without getting bit by a shark... i got to see my first live orange tree, it had oranges on it, i made noelle stop the car so i could take a picture!!!

so i have decided that her grandma (who we stayed with) lives in the tipical retirement community in FL.  in the town Golf Carts rule... there are signs everywhere that tell people to yeild to the golf carts!!! they even have front door parking at the local walmart!!! it was great, and yes i did get a picture!!! i will put it on here later!!!!

my parents are coming to town tomorrow.. i kinda miss them since i have not got to see them since the week after the wedding... my brother is not able to come so i don't get to see him this weekend...

that kinda brings up something else... it is amazing to me how siblings change over the years. me and my brother grew up fighting all the time, he was always bigger so he would beat me up. then when i started playing football i got bigger and stronger than he was so i started to return all the mean things he did to me.   now that i have moved out of my parents house and am on my own, i have started to realize how much he really does mean to me... just wondering if anyone else has thought about that kinda of thing.. (well not with my brother but you know what i am talking about)

ok so on to other things... noelle, dottie, and i are doing good... i really do enjoy the married life.  oh yeah and one more thing.. i think if one more person asks me how the married life is going i am going to SCREAM... i think i have been asked that question 10000000000 times in just the last week... people ask me that like i am going to tell them it is so bad that they should never do it and should spend the rest of their lives alone.... just for the record married life is GREAT!!!!

classes are going good and i think i really am going to enjoy most of my classes this semester...

my granny is doing good and she is getting stronger everyday!!!

maybe on monday if i remember to bring it i will pass off season 4 of smallville and hopefully sometime after that i will get season 3 from shanna and i will be finally be able to fill in the gaps between season 2 and season 4..
